St. Kitts Citizenship by Real Estate
You can receive Kittitian citizenship by making a minimum 200,000 USD (plus fees) investment in Saint Kitts and Nevis real estate. Once you are granted citizenship, you must retain ownership over your St Kitts real estate property for at least seven years to satisfy the terms of St Kitts’ economic citizenship program. If you wish to sell your property after seven years, you may do so, while maintaining your citizenship. The two real-estate investment options for St Kitts real estate citizenship are outlined below:
Investment Options:
- $200,000 USD investment -Can be held for SEVEN years before selling
- $400,000 USD investment-Can be held for FIVE years before selling
- Both of the above real estate investment options can be resold after the designated period of years. If, when you go to sell, the new buyer seeks to purchase your property under St. Kitts citizenship program, he or she must pay you the exact original purchase price of either $200,000 or 400,000. Please note, you will retain your St Kitts and Nevis citizenship even if you sell your property.
REAL ESTATE

Fees
Those approved for the St Kitts real estate citizenship program are subject to the following fees, in addition to their original St Kitts real estate investment of either 200,000 USD or 400,000 USD. Fees related to St Kitts real estate citizenship program are payable in USD, EUR and GBP. However, please note that paid in either EUR or GBP must meet or exceed the converted rate in USD.
Government Fees:
*Please note, St. Kitts reserves the right to impose additional due diligence fees on the applicant or his/her family (dependents) depending on the nature of his application for St Kitts real estate as well as his citizenship status.
Who Qualifies as a Dependent??
- Spouse (of the main applicant)
- Children under 18 (of either main applicant or spouse)
- Children (of either main applicant or spouse) between 18-30 who are financially dependent on their respective parent(s).
- Children (of either main applicant or spouse) over 18 years with a physical and/or mental disability (who are wholly dependent on their respective parent(s) for care.
- Parents or grandparents over 55 years (must be supported by main applicant or spouse)
- Spouse of a dependent parent or grandparent
- Sibling (of either main applicant or spouse) who is the following
– 18-25 years old
– Unmarried
– Without children
