You can receive Kittitian citizenship by making a minimum 200,000 USD (plus fees) investment in Saint Kitts and Nevis real estate. Once you are granted citizenship, you must retain ownership over your St Kitts real estate property for at least seven years to satisfy the terms of St Kitts’ economic citizenship program. Those approved for the St Kitts real estate citizenship program are subject to the following fees, in addition to their original St Kitts real estate investment of either 200,000 USD or 400,000 USD. Fees related to St Kitts real estate citizenship program are payable in USD, EUR and GBP. However, please note that paid in either EUR or GBP must meet or exceed the converted rate in USD.
